Waste-D Effort?

Are there people out there who think we can do something about the filthy conditions of our surroundings?Are there people who consider it cruel to throw that chocolate wrapper on the road for want of a dustbin and whose blood boils when they see others littering the streets like they couldn't care less?

My mom thinks i am extremely sensitive and single handedly cannot attempt to change things.
I picked up a water packet which a small kid threw on the road in front of my eyes recently. It was all i could do to control my anger. And as i was walking home carrying it in my hand i found so many more decorating the streets!!I couldnt have obviously picked up all of them.what helplessness.

If there is anyone who thinks we can form a community of some sort where in some small but effective way we can address this problem ,please post here.

I am truly tired of living like this. I am sure you agree too.
